Summer on the Farm

Summer is the perfect time to visit the farm. From blackberry picking to flower picking to the fun park, the farm offers something for everyone! Scroll to bottom of page for more information and tips! 

 

We hope you'll come and visit us this summer and start making family traditions of your own!

Picking Hours:

Tuesdays & Saturdays: 10am-2pm

Closed Fourth of July

U-pick Blackberries: Closed for season. 

 

U-Cut Flowers: Purchase a souvenir cup or bucket to fill with our gorgeous U-cut zinnias.

​

Text 770-744-0560 to check the availability of pre-picked blackberries.

Picking  is always first-come-first-serve. BASED on availability. We will update website banner if we have to close the fields because of availability or inclement weather.

U-Cut Flower Prices:

Field Admission Fee: $1.00 per person
Souvenir Cup: $8.00

Souvenir Bucket: $15.00

  • ​Limit of 2 adults per container. 

  • Flower picking is ALWAYS first come first serve and we do not take reservations. 

  •  The price above includes the price of the container.

  • We suggest bringing your own scissors

This summer we have farm-raised beef, farm-fresh eggs, jams, jellies, and honey - You don't want to miss out on these!

U-Pick Blackberry Prices:

Field Admission Fee: $1.00
U-pick Blackberries (Quart): $8.95
U-pick Blackberries (1/2 Gallon): $14.95
U-pick Blackberries (Gallon): $21.95

  • Pre-picked when available. You can text 770-744-0560 to check Pre-Picked availability.

*Please be advised that we don't run hayrides during the summer season. 

Fun Park Prices:

Summer Fun Park Admission - $5.00

  • Price is per person. 3 yrs old and under are free! 

  • Tax will be added to all prices. 

*Admission gives you access to all our Summer activities. 

Tips/More info on Summer on the Farm

  • Our Sweet Shack is open and serving slushies, ice cream, Splits, and Sundaes but we do not have a "Food" option during the summer. You are welcome to bring your own food in.

  • We have a limited supply of scissors and suggest bringing in your own if you want to cut flowers. 

  • Please call or check the top banner of our website for updates.

  • Only service animals are allowed on the farm.

  • Blackberries do not ripen once they are picked. You’ll want to look for plump, full, firm blackberries. 

  • A ripe blackberry will pull free from the plant with only a slight tug.

  • Containers are yours to keep. 

When you arrive at the farm

  • Park in the main parking lot and walk down to the farm store (across from the red booth). Our friendly farm-hand will be waiting to assist you.

  • Purchase your container/cup for picking. No one is allowed to enter the field without paying first. 

  • Don't forget to purchase a Feed Cup if you are going to the Fun Park! 

  • Be sure to stop by our farm store for ice cream, slushies, and our very own jams, jellies, and preserves.
