Besides birthday parties, Warbington Farms offers our facilities for groups that are looking to gather in one of our barns or the pavilion. Details and pictures are below.

Party Barn - Package A: $200

2 hour party barn rental.
Admission for 23 guests.
Additional guests can be added for $9/person (ages 3 and under free).
- * One person must pay for the party and additional guests.

- 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Strawberry Picking is NOT included.

Group of people at a party under a pavillion

Party Barn - Package B: $365

2 hour party barn rental.
Admission for 53 guests.
Additional guests can be added for $9/person (ages 3 and under free).
- * One person must pay for the party and additional guests.

- 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Strawberry Picking is NOT included.

Pavilion Upgrade (+ $75)

Upgrade any party package to be at our Pavilion

This upgrade includes:
- 2 hour rental of our large covered Pavilion
- Breathtaking view overlooking farm
- Private handwashing station and porta-johns
- Seating for 50 people, but will accommodate 200+
- Additional chairs and tables can be rented from T3 Event Rentals.
